Abby Modeling New Outfit

This was TOO cute for me not to post....We bought some new jeans because my child outgrew her clothes from the fall ALREADY!!!  After putting them on her before school this morning she looked cute so we did a modeling photo shoot.  Here are the photos: 

Abby's School Photos!

Abby started pre-school on August 19th and had her very first school photos taken about a month later.  These are the three best shots!  Abby loves to go to school and tells me every night as she grabs my cheeks, "Listen to me, listen to me, tomorrow we go to PRE-SCHOOL!"  After a hard time getting adjusted to using the bathroom at the pre-school, she settled in and has tons of friends.  They all make sure she says goodbye everyday before she is allowed to leave.  Her shapes and numbers knowledge has grown, she is more confident (although with my child that was never a problem), and she loves all her teachers.

St. Mary's College of California

Since I don't know everyone's email addresses and I realized that news may not have spread yet.... I got accepted to St. Mary's College of California this spring. Not only did they accept me but I was awarded $41,227 in scholarships and loans to pay for school. They are taking me as a junior as they are accepting all my units from California University of Pennsylvania. My major, although it has gone through a convoluted process, is back to TV/Radio Communications with a focus on production and law. Hopefully I will be done with my bachelors within the next two years so that I can apply for law school. Abby is going to start pre-school in the fall and St. Mary's was grand enough to allow me to attend school the same hours as her! I am really excited that I can continue being a stay-at-home mommy as lately I have realized that my child is at the perfect age. Not that I didn't love her before, but I just adore picking her up after school and listening to her stories about her day. Jeff and I went to Tahoe and I won a little money in the casino so I bought Abby a really nifty present for dealing with her mommy disappearing for SOOOOO long. Enjoy the photos!
